About
Dr. Mani Hashemi grew up in the Dallas area, earned his undergraduate degree with honors from Southern Methodist University, and — after his medical degree, a residency in Miami where he served as Chief Resident at a Level 1 Trauma Center, and an ACGME-accredited fellowship at the University of Illinois in Chicago — came home to serve the community that raised him.
As one of the nation's few physicians double board certified in Emergency Medicine and Interventional Pain Medicine, Dr. Hashemi brings an unmatched breadth of clinical perspective. His years managing traumatic injuries, motor vehicle accidents, and acute pain crises in high-volume emergency settings gave him firsthand insight into how pain disrupts lives — and what it truly takes to help patients reclaim them.
Now serving as Medical Director of Clearway Pain Solutions' Texas operations, he leads three DFW locations while personally performing the full spectrum of advanced interventional pain procedures. He speaks Persian (Farsi), serving the region's Persian-speaking community in their native language.
"The higher calling for my life has always been to decrease the amount of pain and suffering that my patients feel."— Dr. Mani Hashemi, MD
